Well, can you think of a better way?

Former High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale celebrated Independence Day (and Ashley's 24th birthday, which was on July 2) in Maui with her boyfriend, video director Scott Speer.

Despite the couple's worst efforts to keep their relationship on the down-low in the past, the two were very much the open lovebirds during their getaway, kissing and frolicking in the tropical splendor of Hawaii.
