Sorry, Aubrey O’Day fans—on last night’s Making the Band, Diddy bounced the girl-smooching blonde from his manufactured pop group Danity Kane.
But fear not; the ever-industrious O’Day isn’t licked yet. As Contact Music reports, she plans to use her newfound free time to further explore her growing interest in politics.
“I didn’t watch the [Making the Band] finale, so I have no idea what story was told,” O’Day revealed in a statement. “The only comment I can make is…I wish that the world would focus more on the presidential election, the debates, the issues our country is facing, and the fact that if we don’t vote for Obama our country will suffer beyond repair.”
You mean there are greater tragedies this nation could face than a Danity Kane without Aubrey O’Day? Say it ain’t so!
Anyway, good luck with your new career path, Aubrey! But be forewarned; “polling the electorate” may not mean what you think it does.
I’ll only listen to her politics if she’s upside-down on a stripper pole talking….
I certainly hope there’s a cabinet position waiting for her in the Obama Administration.
