Peace in our lifetimes: It really is possible, people! And all it takes, apparently, is a valid credit card.

After giving America many sleepless nights with reports of castmate animosity and possible evictions, Audrina Patridge seems to be on an ingratiation campaign.

Yesterday The Hills' token brunette caught some rays with former rival Lauren Conrad, then hit Fred Segal and People's Revolution in Los Angeles with Lauren Bosworth for a little shopping and bonding.

Hopefully Fred Segal sells fur-lined handcuffs and flavored love oils, because that's always a perfect recipe for a speedy reconciliation. Hey, it worked for Gorbachev and Reagan.
