After rumors of discord earlier this month, it looks like Hills friends-turned-rivals Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad have patched things up—for the time being, anyway.

The two were spotted soaking up sun side-by-side, as if no ill will had transpired. Which is probably the result of all that exposure to sunshine. Which is rich in Vitamin D. Which has been proven to reduce the risk of cancer. Who wouldn't be in a good mood about that?

Audrina and Lauren seemed to be particularly amused by something in the sky. Maybe a cloud in the shape of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt was floating by, and they were taking joy in its gradual disintegration.

Whatever; it's just nice to see them getting along. Maybe there's hope for all of us yet.
