Brothers & Sisters star/oil-fortune heir Balthazar Getty issued a press release yesterday announcing that he is separated from his wife and mother of his four children, Rosetta Millington.

But why? It’s not like he’s been publicly humiliating his spouse by adulterating with a half-naked Sienna Miller all over Italy lately.

Wait, no; it’s totally like that.

“In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further,” Getty’s release reads.

“The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved,” Getty comments further, reaching for a Father of the Year award.

Poor baby. Hopefully you can find a soft place to rest your traumatized head.

Unless you’ve already dumped Sienna. For some reason.
