Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are getting ready for baby #2! But before the little one pops out, take a little history lesson on its parents.
The two actors met on the set of Pearl Harbor in 2001, and reunited in the 2003 film Daredevil. When they started dating in 2004, the public didn’t know what to expect.
Ben had broken off an engagement to Jennifer Lopez earlier that year, and Jen was barely out of a divorce to actor Scott Foley.
But they surprised everyone with a wedding in June of 2005. It seemed as if each had finally found the right person in their lives.
With the birth of Violet Anne Garner six months later, the deal was sealed. The family of three kept out of the spotlight fairly well, which has its pros and cons.
This year’s divorce rumors were spurred by the couple’s lack of public appearances. However, they denied the gossip and stuck with each other, finally emerging with the exciting news that they were expecting another baby!
