Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus plans to celebrate her 16th birthday with a Sweet 16 party at Disneyland, where she'll be charging $250 a head for entry to the splashy extravaganza.

But when daddy Billy Ray Cyrus stepped out for his birthday, the Cyrus clan opted not to stray from their friendly neighborhood.

Wife Letiticia Cyrus and kids Miley, Noah and Braison all converged on City Wok for Billy Ray's low-key affair.

While Miley is all smiles, the scowl on her occasionally protective father's face seems to say, "I can't believe I actually straightened my hair for this."
