Michael Phelps showed some skills on dry land Tuesday night in New York, canoodling at a championship level with two different women at the same event.

The record-breaking gold medalist (and obvious chick magnet) hit Bowlmor Lanes' 70th Anniversary bash last night to knock down more than just pins.

According to partygoers, Phelps made out with two different ladies, both brunette, over the course of his brewski-infused night.

"They were both cute," states an eyewitness. "One was in a black dress and apparently knew him from college. The other was a dark-haired girl in jeans and a T-shirt. She sat in his lap, and he rubbed her back."

Just next to Phelps' smooch-heavy lane, a different celebration was underway. A newly coiffed Selita Ebanks partied it up with "a gaggle of gays," a source said.

Victoria's Secret model Ebanks' short new 'do caused gawkers to mistake her for Rihanna, we're told. Perhaps a new look and some gay support was something Selita sorely needed last night, given that her ex-fiancé Nick Cannon was celebrating his birthday with wife Mariah Carey, just a few thousand miles away in Las Vegas... 

Also in attendance: a freshly-booted Aubrey O'Day, no longer a member of Diddy's gal group Danity Kane, as well as house DJ Benji Madden and Lipstick Jungle hottie Robert Buckley.
