VIDEO: Brad Garrett Attacks the Paps—Again

on Nov. 12, 2008 10:39 AM / 1 Comment

For the second time in two years, Brad Garrett has gotten heat for taking a swat at the paparazzi. This time it may land him in legal hot water.

TMZ reports that the 6' 8" 'Til Death actor lashed out at a pack of photographers—and one in particular—as he left West Hollywood restaurant Dan Tana's on Tuesday night. Obviously annoyed when the paps continued to snap his pic after a few minutes, Garrett, 48, swung at one of the photographers, breaking his camera and causing a lump on the photog's noggin.

After the incident, tempers flared further. One photographer called him a "tall f*ggot." (What's up with that lately, anyway?). Garrett challenged the man to put down the camera and duke it out, an offer that the pap understandably declined. Check out video of the brawl below:

TMZ now says that an unnamed party filed a police report naming Garrett as the suspect, and cops are looking into a possible criminal battery charge.

Garrett made news in August 2007, when he struck a TMZ photographer's camera in Malibu, after the photographer accused him of being racist due to a comment he had made about African-Americans.

The photographer in this latest altercation claims that the attack "was totally unprovoked." Check out his response in the video below:

Garrett's latest project is the online reality show Dating Brad Garrett. Contestants, beware; he has a temper!
