They are ALREADY back in France! Here they are arriving by private jet in Nice.

Since the premiere of Changeling in NYC, the fabulous couple and their miracle brood have made a pit stop at their favorite American city of New Orleans, and—shazam—they surface in their new Gallic homeland.

Seriously, the kids must think that they actually live in jets. The various locations they land at are just fun day trips.
