Sorry, celebrity-hookup junkies; despite recent suggestions to the contrary, Bradley Cooper is not dating his He’s Just Not That Into You co-star Jennifer Aniston.

“I met her three times in my life,” Cooper told People magazine on Friday.

Rumor had it that Cooper and Aniston were getting hot and heavy during a recent party for Aniston’s latest flick, Management, at Table 8. But Cooper says it just isn’t so—somewhat to his own consternation and that of his mother.

“I’m very flattered” about the hookup rumors, Cooper notes. “My mom loves it, but unfortunately it’s not true.”
