Breaking Dawn Sex Scenes Will Be “Way Hot,” Screenwriter Promises
The movie adaptation of Twilight sequel Breaking Dawn may or may not contain the book’s infamous birth scene, but screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg promises that the final Twilight installment will have one thing: Lots of sexy sex for its sexy stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart to get sexy to.
Describing a Breaking Dawn sex scene between Pattinson’s Edward Cullen and Stewart’s Bella Swan as “way hot,” Rosenberg vows,
“Breaking Dawn will be sexier [than its predecessors.] I think we can get awfully sexy with a PG-13, I’m not worried about the rating. I know a lot of fans are like, ‘We have to go R to do it justice,’ but I don’t think so. I think it’s going to be pretty hot. Way hot!”
Better wear your sunscreen to the theaters, Twi-hards.
Do you agree with Rosenberg that Breaking Dawn can be done justice with a PG-13 rating, or would you prefer an R-rated version? Let us know in the comments section.

I defenitly think it should be R just because we have to stay true to how amazingly sexy the fourth book is and it would be wrong to hold back sexy parts just to make it pg-13. come on, everyone wants to see bella and edward get it on! ahah

Not really, No!
make it an R movie! the book is very descriptive, so stay strue to the book! im sure all twilight saga fans would agree.
make it rated r i wanna see it jus like the book
If they leave the sex scenes out a lot and I mean a lot of people will be disappointed
It can be done in PG-13, look at the movie “The Notebook”. But I do not know about the birth scene???
The book doesn’t describe the sex much so why are you guys all like i wanna see it just like the book…PG-13 should be fine for the sex scenes considering she didn’t go into much detail there…besides i can’t believe what they can put into a pg13 movie now a days anyways so have no fear…its the birth scene they’d need to go R for which would be cool but won’t happen so oh well it will be good just the same.
I know it can be done with good taste where both young and adult audiences can enjoy finally Edward and Bella’s love being shared finally. But if they have to go R please do not hesitate go for it. Anyway if they were to make it R, young audience goers would have to be with an older adult to view the film so really R is not a bad choice at all.
I say make it R! I don’t think you’ll loose that many tickets to the underage. Do the book justice for once!
R but if those scenes are hot in a PG-13 then go for it! Remember Me wasn’t so bad! Can’t wait for Breaking Dawn! Wow! Just got chills!
r rated
I think they can definitely stick with there PG-13 rating. They do it ALL the time in movies. I mean here’s some examples; Remember me, The notebook, Titanic, 500 days of summer, Fighting, Ect. You don’t have to make something rated R b/c there’s a sex scene. Sex can be implied without showing a lot. As for the Birthing scene, i don’t know but they’ll find a way of showing that without losing there PG-13 rating. As we all know, pre-teens and teens are there biggest money givers, if they lose the PG-13 rating they lose money, they won’t do it.
Losing the birth scene loses the whole point of the book!!! I mean it can be done tastefully and yet still bring the fans what they really want to see. In each film there have been lines or moments that should have been left in and were not and now you want to take out the MOST IMPORTANT parts of Breaking Dawn????Us Twi-Hards want justice done to the finale of this epic saga!!!!!
I say pg-13 becuz o lets see im 13 and i wuld like to watch a decent movie with a vampire and a human having crazy f*cking sex! i know most of yall are horny adults who just wanna watch it for the sex but instead thinking about yourselves mabey you culd try being more genorous and think about the millions of teens who adore it,
R or PG13 don’t matter to me, just as long as it is hott!!!! But seriously they have left out important scenes in the past, I would say they have to do the birth scene…..its makes the story. Do it tastefully or just don’t show everything but it really needs to be in the movie.
If they make it Rated R alot of younger viewers like myself probably wont be able to see it, and theyre are alot more younger fans than older ones.So I think that it should be left PG-13, and besides the book doesnt get real descriptive. It never tells whats really going on.
Make R rated, Melissa Rosenberg and the Dirctors already slaughted New Moon and Eclipse this is their last chance to get something right. (Though I could live without the birth)
I think there’s been too much hype about the sex. Let it be a tasteful PG-13.
rated r plz i want the whole everything i want to see the stomic open and the sex plz
Leave it PG-13 so i can see it but i agree totally do not take out the birth scene best part of the book and the sex scenes can be done appropriately and enthusiastically…i cant wait for it to come out…so excited just leave the rating alone:)
PG-13 please. They can do this very tastefully. And I thought they did just fine on New Moon and Eclipse. It’s Twilight that I thought they butchered. Please make it the way she intended it, clean and leave it to the imagination.
I agree; I think Breaking Dawn would easily break rated R status due to the content of the book and I would LOVE to see the birthing scene. Why not?!?! It’s a vital part in the book, it’s when Bella finally turns into a vampire; which is what the entire series has lead up to.
It’s should be PG-13 cause alot of sex scenes are PG-13 like The Notebook.
I think it should be PG-13 because some sex scenes are PG-13 like The Notebook.
pg-13 all the way bcause than every 1 cant se it
i think they should stick to the book or relatively close to it. the whole bella having a kid scenario. i don’t really care if its pg-13 or rated r. if you want to see a raunchy sex scene, go watch p02n. what matters to me, is the principles of following the book.
I swear if I dont see edward perform a c-section with his teeth..I don’t think I’ll be happy lol
R definetly i think you should do make the movie exacty like the book and honestly i dont you could make it pg-13 if you have rob and kristen having sex. i mean everyone likes those kind of movies but if you are going to make the movie like that then you should defionetly get all you can out of it because you only get one chance to put it on the screen. so go at it make it R and have fun.

Yea they did do new moon and Eclipse good in pg-13 but in those movies they didnt have babys being born or anything lioke that so they deffinetly need to make it R

You’ re 13!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wait then until u are 17! K chicky!
R lets make this last one hott!!
If the book isnt portrayed as it was written, then it will be a great injustice. Breaking dawn is what it is because of the way it was written. She wrote the books geared towards the audience that flocks to see the movies. Give it back to the audience in the cinema the same way she gave it to the readers!!!!
R rating absolutely :)
I I dont care how hot the sex scene is but THEY NEED THE BIRTH SCENE, its the most intense scene in the whole book, I dont want to see kristen stewarts vag but when they pull out the baby and bellas about to die is amazing
i def. think R. because i want it to be intense and like in the book.
PG – 13 as long as it is good. here in our country I can see little girls as young as 3 years old watch the movie and even 50 years old men and 30s men watched it. All ages I say so why not make it good for all ages sexy scenes????
make it R! and the birth scene!please, that’s important in the book!
Just go all out and make it rated R!! All the fans just want the full effect, and dont want anything missing. If anything, i think it would just get more people to go and watch it because the younger audience will have to bring along someone older to get them in. So it’s a win-win situation:))
They should make it R-rated… the teens/young girls that are into Twilight don’t need to see these characters that they idolize having sex anyways. It would be better if they grew up a little, we don’t want teen pregnancy rates to skyrocket.
R!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you all stupid?
you can do everything the book says by making it MA since over half the fans are around the ages of 14 – early 20s they’d all still be able to come see it. and noone needs to see the stomache cut open they can just show the start of the scalpe put in and then show Bella for the rest of it or edwards face, god, and as for the sex i mean seriously a movie does not have to be R to have sex just tone the beatings down a little bit and everyone should be fine. MA is higher rating than PG13 but lower than R so it bassically keeps nearly all people happy and if some cant go to the movies to see it im sure it wouldnt kill them to wait for the movie to come out on DVD

i think it should stay PG-13…in the book itself there are no detailes about just HOW they did it, therefor i cant find reason to overdo it. and, really, the audience of twilight including 11-13 years old…do u think its approperite?

I absolutely think it should be R because we have to stay true to how amazingly sexy the fourth book is and it would be wrong to hold back sexy parts just to make it pg-13. Everything that is in the book makes the book what it is. The sex scenes and the whole birth scene should be in the movie. Please make it rated R and put EVERYTHING IN THE MOVIE THAT IS IN THE BOOK.!!!
I have a 12 year old daughter that will be very disappointed if she is not allowed to see Breaking Dawn because it is R rated. I thought the author did a great job in the novel keeping to the innocence of first time love shared between 2 mature adults. Please stick to the closer side of PG in the PG13 range than going for the R side of PG13.
i agreee..make it R dude..anything that will make it HOT nd SEXY nd true to the book..woooo cnt wait to see it..my fav book! im soo excitedd!!
pg-13 will be fine. that rating can be pretty dirty and they could get all the sex they want out of that.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MAKE IT R SO WE CAN HAVE ALL ASPECTS OF THE BOOK!
Oh yea!! In ,,Eclipse” it was a litlle bit hot, so wath could be in next movie ;DDDDD
