When Sienna Miller's smiling, it means no paparazzi are making her cry at the gas pump!

It also means we're smiling with her. The actress and Balthazar Getty paramour surfaced in her native London at the Frieze Art Fair in Regent's Park.

Miller looked cute and casual in a black cropped jacket and day pants, but her best accessory were those pearly whites. With all of the melodrama surrounding she and Getty's relationship, and the subsequent media attention, she's cracked nary a grin lately.

Glad to see her back to form, with an approved camera no less, and indulging her cultural side. If she keeps it up, she might just resemble her former radiant self—you know, the one that had her run of cute boys.
