Hopefully three-word names are a good-luck charm for the CW. 

According to Entertainment Weekly, Brian Austin Green is set to replace Chad Michael Murray on the hit show One Tree Hill. Last month, we reported that Murray and Hilarie Burton were leaving the show that they've been on since 2003,presumably due to unresolved contract negotiations. 

So is this really going to happen? "They're ironing out a few issues," says a One Tree Hill insider, "but it's pretty much a done deal."

Green rose to stardom as David Silver on the original Beverly Hills 90210 and recently starred in the TV series, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, which was just canceled.

    No it wouldnt be the same without chad i think they need to bring chad back or they will lose alot of viewers

    That would be a nice change!! Payton and Lucas were super annoying this last year. Payton's character was becoming really unrelateable and sulky she was too much of the whiny marter. What did Lucas do anyway...he was looking too much like John from Days of Our Lives!! Can't wait to see Brian back on TV :)

    No, with Chad gone I will no longer watch One Three Hills. Brian is a lot older too, he could be nany deb's boyfriend...
