Britney Spears will have so much to celebrate on her 27th birthday, not the least of which is having her recent traffic case dismissed.

Yes, December 2, 2008, will indeed be a glorious day. It marks the release of Spears’ new album Circus, as well as the date she’ll stage a concert in the streets of New York to be televised on Good Morning America.
