Britney Spears threw a toddler-tastic bash for her sons Jayden James and Sean Preston over the weekend. And now she's gearing up for a special present for her fans.
Perhaps in an effort to make amends to her loyal followers for a previous year of trashy behavior, Britney will release her sixth album Circus on December 2, barely a year after her last set Blackout dropped. The date also has personal significance for the singer, as it's Brit-Brit's 27th birthday.
First single "Womanizer" was produced by The Outsyders, and it's slated to hit radio next week.
Circus should mark a return to form for the pop star. It's heavily rumored that a duet with her old beau Justin Timberlake will appear on the album.
For a few tracks she also reunited with Swedish producer Max Martin, who crafted recent hits for Pink ("So What") and Katy Perry ("I Kissed A Girl"), as well as Britney's own classics "...Baby One More Time" and "Oops!...I Did It Again."
Oh, Britney...what a difference a year can make.

I think Blackout was pretty good considering her state of mind. Fingers are crossed for Circus. I'm excited!
