Britney Spears Calls Off Custody Battle

It looks like the epic struggle for Sean Preston and Jayden James is over.

Britney Spears has decided not to pursue custody of her two young sons, ceding sole legal and physical possession of the tykes to her dashing and wise ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells OK! Magazine that the final custody settlement has been signed. Britney retains her visitation rights "which may increase over time."

Kaplan also notes that "Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving."

Good for you, Feddy! Just hope that your parenting duties don't get in the way of your hectic social schedule.
