But how does she get in fighting shape for an average week? Dance rehearsal, of course!

Spears' Official Site ran these adorable, fuzzy-capped shots of the svelte-looking pop star busting out some moves for upcoming promotional appearances.

Circus, her seventh studio album, hits shelves in just a few weeks, and if these photos are any indication—the album and subsequent costumes will be warm, fuzzy and tight.
