Britney Spears Gives Lance Bass a Lapdance

So you've just wrapped a hugely successful comeback tour. How do you celebrate?

If you're Britney Spears, by giving former 'N Sync star Lance Bass a lapdance.

People magazine reports that "Womanizer" songbird Spears finished up the American leg of her Circus tour in Las Vegas on Saturday with quite the spectacle, pulling Bass out of the audience to do a little grinding for him during the song "Breathe on Me." Spears has used the song as an opportunity to bring an audience member onstage during the tour.

Bass even sang along as Spears smiled at him while performing the carnally charged choreography.

Spears' 90-minute vegas show was also attended by Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus and former Spice Girl Mel B, who recently finished up her stint in the popular Sin City burlesque revue Peepshow.
