A Britney Spears/Justin Timberlake collaboration may be imminent, but don't expect to see Jermaine Dupri's imprint anywhere on it.

The producer tells Us Magazine that he doesn't have any interest in collaborating with tonight's VMAs opener, because she does just fine by herself.

"She doesn't need a producer, she is good," Dupri says of Spears. "She has hot-a** records  on her own. She just needs to make sure she pays focus on that."
