Britney Spears Sentenced to Six-Month Sex Ban

If Britney Spears thinks her life is tense now, she should give it a few more months.

According to Entertainment Wise, Brit-Brit’s parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, are trying to impose a six-month sex ban on the 26-year-old singer in hopes of preventing any snags in her planned comeback.

The concerned parents allegedly blame Spears’ choices in relationships for her recent personal troubles, a viewpoint that probably has some degree of merit.

“Jamie and Lynne feel she’s so close to cracking the big time again that they don’t want anything to get in her way,” says a supposed family friend. “They’re desperate to ensure that it won’t happen again. Their worst nightmare is that she gets involved with someone else who’s just trying to use her for her money or to further their own career.”

Perhaps this explains Britney’s recent interest in more wholesome diversions. But given Lynne’s previous allegations about her daughter’s carnal tendencies, it really remains to be seen if she can go the whole six months.
