If Adnan Ghalib is to be believed, Britney Spears may soon be joining the not-so-select club of celebrities who've had sex tapes leaked to the public.

The British paparazzo, who dated the singer during her breakdown early last year, says he has video documentation of him and the singer enjoying carnal activity while in Mexico. And he's willing to consider serious offers for it.

"There is such a tape, but I won't discuss prices for hypothetical inquiries," Ghalib announced, according to The Sun. "Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further."

A source claims that the tape runs two hours and features Spears naked except for a pink wig.

Chances are, Ghalib won't be shilling the tape for cheap; the photog claimed earlier this year that he had received death threats because of the footage.

Ghalib adds that, while he's willing to sell the tape for the right price, that's where his lurid commercialism ends: "I am not interested in selling out any other details about Britney."

Wow! And some people claim that chivalry is dead.
