Britney Spears is such a firm believer that her Circus show is kid-friendly that she is publicly denying reports that her own kids have been ban
ned by ex-Kevin Federline from attending.
Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, will watch Mommy at work during the whole tour, her management insists.
“Contrary to rumors linked to false articles,” a late-night statement posted on Britney’s website reads. “Britney Spears’ sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, will be joining her on the entire Circus tour and will be attending shows as planned,”
“Britney’s family is a huge inspiration and she loves having them on the road with her.”
The Daily Mirror in the U.K. reported that Federline had banned the kids after the dress rehearsals because, the article said, “they were too young for the raunchier parts.”
Most media reports had the young boys at their mother’s debut concert on Wednesday night. People.com reported that the boys were backstage because “it was too loud” to watch from outfront.

I have a respectable job and make 60k per year and I love Britney. I have a 7 year old boy who listens to her music and likes her too. Leave her alone. Do you say things about Michael Jackson, Madonna, Ozzy? I went to see Ozzy in concert this past summer and there were kids all around rocken out to him and the other heavy metals bands and I don’t see the big deal going on about that—Ozzy was a drug abuser and kids still see and listen to him. Don’t get me wrong I love Ozzy but what is the difference between singers? Its a personal choice for parents and let parents make their own decisions.
Britney is an adult and she can earn a living however she wants, BUT parents please protect your kids from what they see and hear. I understand you cannot shield them forever and from everything, but don’t be the one who exposes their little eyes and minds to smut. Keep their innocence for as long as you can. They are children–don’t make them grow up too fast. Britney is probably a good example of kid who was forced to grow up too fast and to use, misuse, and abuse her body and sexuality for the sake of fame and money.
Britney is a performer and in no way should she be ashamed of her profession by hiding if from her children. She should be able to take great pride in her work ethic and that is a great lesson for any child to witness. Those boys live the fruits of her larbor and they should see how their mom makes it possible. Do you honestly think she is going to expose them to something they are not going to have to be a custom to. They are hollywood. It wouldnt be wise to shelter them just to shock them later. Its a part of their lives too.

I work at McDonald’s, I make 64k a year, and I love Britney Spears. I’ve taken my younger sisters to see her, and we’re going to see this tour as well. My sisters are 9 and 12, and they know that while it might be okay for Britney to dress, dance, or act like she does, it’s certainly not okay for them. They know the difference between how a 20 year old and a 12 or 9 year old should act. Teach your kids to know better, and there shouldn’t be a problem.

I dont blame her completely. It her MOTHER thats nuts! I’m a mother of two, a wife, have a VERY successful career in the legal field and I’m a HUGE supporter of Britney. I went to her concert in N.O. and Brit is back!! She was amazing. She’s an amazing performer. If you don’t like her, stop wasting your time on here writing comments and get your a** in the gym. It’s called jealousy. She’s rich, gorgeous and has a smokin’ body. The only thing I saw her perform was clothed porn. The fact that there are adults that take minors to see these concerts, does not validate the fact that they may be appropiate.
These actors are not role models to anyone, if the parents cannot teach that distinction to their children. I guess that it will be their loss.
I’m probably going to be called a loser or some other degrading name for what I’m about to say. But I’m the type of person that calls it like I see it. There’s a passage in a book that some users on here may know. That passage states “Let he who hath not sinned cast the first stone”. I can guarantee all of the peeps that have made bashing remarks on here are not perfect. I know I’m not, matter of fact I’m far from it. But you can not honestly tell me that you all have not done something immoral in your lives. Be it the richest person in the world or the poorest vagrant on the street. We have all done things we’re not proud of. And the only person that knows how Spears feels about her life and her choices is Spears. So we have no right to judge her or anybody else for career or lifestyle choices. And peeps make comments stating this is what America has come to. America has come to this because society has let it come to this. If you take a group of guys and put them on a street corner and have an obese woman walk by, their going to say every hurtful comment they can because of her weight. But you have a woman that’s lucky enough to be a size 3, big boobs and whatever color hair walk by and those same guys are gonna whistle and make every sexual derogatory comment they can. It would be the same way if it were a group of women watching a guy. We all just need to face the hard reality that sex sells in America. The marketing can be regulated to a certain point, but the Bill of Rights gives us the freedom of speech and expression. Granted we all have different taste in music, movies, television etc., that’s what makes us unique. Life would be pretty boring if we all liked the same things. And if you don’t want your children to see or hear Spears perform, then it’s your responsibility as a parent to make sure that doesn’t happen. As for Spears taking her children with her on tour, that’s her choice. We have no right to tell her how to raise her kids.
I love Britney and I went to her show in New Orleans, but would I take my girls (4,6,8) to see her, absolutely not. Sorry Brit, but it is not a kid friendly show. I wouldn’t even take my teenage daughter to see it. It is adult entertainemnt. And if Britney’s show wasn’t adult enough the almost strip tease of the Pussycat Dolls would keep me from taking them. I just don’t think it’s something young girls need to be exposed to, it is VERY sexual.
