Here's Britney Spears taking a well-deserved vacation in the Carribbean at the beach with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline. She just finished the North American part of her Circus Tour.

Also with the singer was agent (and speculated boyfriend) Jason Trawick.

    She may be bat-sh*t crazy (and that's why I love her), but it looks like her body is back in shape.
