Britney Spears: Unfit to Testify?
Britney Spears has had a lot to say on the concert stage lately, but don’t expect her to be getting chatty in a courtroom anytime soon.
E! Online reports that the “Womanizer” songbird most likely won’t be testifying in the ongoing legal battle between her former self-styled manager, Osama “Sam” Lutfi, and her father/conservator, Jamie Spears.
During a hearing in a Los Angeles courthouse on Tuesday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva K. Bobb announced, “There was a finding of a judge of the Superior Court that [Britney] lacks the capacity to testify.”
The decision upholds a 14-month-old ruling that the singer, currently wowing crowds on her Circus comeback tour, isn’t mentally fit to make her own legal decisions.
Britney Spears, unfit? Sure, she may get a little confused sometimes, but anyone thinking that she’s not fit these days might want to consider the photographic evidence to the contrary.
That’s not all she is unfot for. Really, she cannot speak for herself but she is on a world wide tour? What a f-ing loser. Or maybe her dadis the loser. She is susposed to be a 28-29 year old gorwn up, right? She can’t fight her own battles, she needs supervision, she can’t take care of her kids, why do we glorify this piece of trash? So glad I don’t have any girls (or kids period) who look up to this hooker. Would any of you really want your daughter’s to dress, act, be like Brit?

If Britney can do a 45 city tour, sing and dance, how can she “lacks the capacity to testify”. She had to memorize the dance routine and even the songs, a person who lack capacity could not do that.
Britney’s dad Jamie want to keep control of her to get at her money. When was the last time he or her mother held a job other than being on Britney’s payroll. It does not look like he his trying to help her get better.

Wow, Kyle, you’re sure nothing like my father! Or many others who would prefer their daughter’s not leave the house until they are 70! So, you must be some teen chic who worships Brit and thinks this is what you need to be to be considered a strong woman. I feel horible for your daughter’s then.
