Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet Double-Diss Angelina
Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet, watch your backs; the wrath of the world’s reigning top female action star may well be sneaking up behind you!
At Sunday night’s Golden Globe Awards, Winslet, 33, won both the Best Actress and Supporting Actress categories for her turns in Revolutionary Road and The Reader, respectively.
But when Diaz, 36, and Mark Wahlberg were announcing the Best Actress nominees, Cameron flubbed Angelina Jolie‘s name. Cammie called the international super mom “Ange-gina.” Diaz promptly corrected herself, but perhaps too late to save herself.
Moments later, Winslet was announced the winner. She rushed to the stage and launched into her emotional acceptance speech. She began by thanking and praising her four competitors:
“Anne, Meryl, Kristin… Oh, God, who’s the other one?” Kate emotionally fretted, clearly forgetting Jolie’s name, before adding, “Angelina!”

Of course, Angelina took the unintentional dissing in seeming good humor. She smiled each time the camera panned to her…because secretly, in her mind, she had already plotted and executed her double-barreled revenge on the two disrespectful blondes!

Cam flubbed Angie-gina because she probablyv visually read Angelina and Changeling…. too much “ch” and “gh” sounds. Kate on the other hand, probably viewed Changeling and figured Angelina was no competition and put her out of mind completely. LOL…
The look of Angelina’s face…priceless! I love it. Kate Winslet rules. I bet Jannifer Aniston was laughing out loud at home!!!!
Angelina is forgettable but for her werid insanity and she and Brad will be losers forever but for the PR they get from dissing American orphans and buying others for free International press. They are rotten and now they are losing with fans they might have had and even their co-stars. Jennifer is classy and she is friends with everyone not hateful like Jolie & now Pitt too

Angelina is beautiful! Cameron is just jealous because she is older than Angelina with no man or kids, with no one standing in line. Women are intimidated by beauty, success, and others in love. She also has the body of a 13 year old boy- waiting to go through puberty.

Apparently Angelina is at fault for the failures of every actress (ehem Maniston), including Cameron’s illiteracy.
Considering they are both actresses they have difficulty remembering the simplest of things. I doubt Angelina gives a monkey’s a@@ cause there are a helluva lot more people that know Angelina’s name that Cameron whatshername and….now who was the other one? I think too many people confuse Angelina Jolie with the characters she plays….it’s the movies children.

I thought Kates speech was too long and it was boring but i do love her to death and think she was nervous..nothing more but we are in the gossip section so you can say anything you want doesn’t mean anybody else has to agree.

Serioulsy, both Angelina and Brad work hard at helping others and people are so cruel, no recognition or gratitude for them! I don’t see Jennifer doing squat for charity! That’s sad, people. What about when Brad and Angelina very obviously dissed Ryan Seacrest earlier on the red carpet? Whether you like the guy or not, it was extremely rude, and I always get that feeling when it comes to Angelina. As far as I’m concerned what goes around come around.
Also, since when does charity work mean that you can walk around with your nose up in the air? That completely defeats the purpose. Honestly, I’d rather not hear about all the “good” the two of them supposedly do. If they want to do charitable things, then they should do it without broadcasting it to everyone. Besides, they’re rich, they can afford it. What else are they gonna do with all that money, especially the money they got off of selling their kids to magazines?
With that being said, there are a lot of other celebrities that do charity work, and it’s not announced to the work. Don’t sayJen hasn’t done anything because she has done some things for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital that I definitely know of. Like I said, not as many people know, however, because it’s not broadcasted to everyone like Brangelina’s charity work is.
