Carlos Leon may be a mean-looking dude, but he’s definitely reliable.

The personal trainer who sired Madonna’s first child, Lourdes, recently handled wrangling duties not only for his biological child, but Rocco Ritchie, son of Madonna and Guy Ritchie, and Madge’s recently adopted Malawian tot, David Banda.

Leon’s group baby-sitting stint occurs as Madonna and Ritchie juggle rumors that their marriage is on the skids with speculation that Madge has been letting New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez score off of her.

Well, it’s good to know that someone‘s willing to be the grown-up in this situation. Not bad for a guy who Madonna, according to Chris Ciccone‘s new tell-all, didn’t think “fulfill[ed] the intelligence requirement” to father her kid.
