Carrie Prejean Is Suing Mad
She’s back!
Former Miss California Carrie Prejean is filing a lawsuit against the Miss California organization, something she threatened to do back in June.
What’s she so upset about? Well, among other things, she’s naming Keith Lewis and Shana Moakler, the pageant organizers, in the suit that alleges slander, libel, public disclosure of private facts, religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
According to reports, Carrie is pointing to a “conspiracy” against her by Moakler and Lewis and that their “wrongful conduct” against her “constituted a breach of duty.”
However, Miss American head honcho Donald Trump is not named in the lawsuit.
Before she files the suit with the court system, lawyers on behalf of the Miss California organization and Prejean will talk about handling this matter through mediation rather than inside the court system.

I sure hope she wins big time. Lawsuits are funny things… sometimes it’s just a matter of who has the biggest stick (money!) and can last the longest.
If I were the judge she would win millions. That’s small compensation for having her personal modeling port folio stolen and made pulic, medical records disclosed, parents attacked and suffering a relentless smear campaign that has involved every despicable act that you can imagine.
Maybe there is still hope for honest and justice in La La Land.
Too bad she could do the same against TMZ and Huffington post who have been persecuting her relentlessly for 3 months.

What the Hell are you talking about you conservative freak? Where exactly is La La Land? Why is it OK for her and all you conservative to discriminate? She may be a dumb bimbo but she is PR savy – suing the peons but not The Donald. Miss Tits for Jesus needs to go away? She needs to hook up with Joe the Plumber and create a baby super freak. There’s no need for name-calling….and “La La Land” is actually a popular term for Los Angeles. If you look at this situation on just a factual basis, Carrie Prejean did not commit any form of discrimination. She was asked a question at a pageant, and she answered it, that’s it. For people like Shanna Moakler and the rest, they purposely went out of their way to sabotage Carrie, and for that, she has every right to sue. She has no reason to sue Donald Trump because he did nothing intentionally against her, unlike Shanna Moakler who made an effort to de-crown Carrie Prejean.

Fact of the matter is I’ve been very liberal all my (well until now) and not very religious.
I’ve played in bands for 40 years and have seen a lot of sh*t. But I’ve never seen a hate campaign like this. If this is what gays are then they are a vile, vulgar loathsome bunch. She never expressed any resentment toward gays. She was CHALLENGED by a perverted pageant judge to give her opinion and she did… end of story.
I hope the silicone implants dislodge and choke her. There are enough bimbo skanks plying their trade in Hollywood at the moment. Her presence is not required.
