Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood are cementing their domination of this year's Country Music Awards, airing November 12.

In a addition to being nominated for a clutch of awards between them and performing at the ceremony, the duo will be hosting the event, OK! reports.

"I'm thrilled to have this opportunity to host the Awards show," says Paisley, who's nominated for four statuettes this year. "We're going to gave a good time—start to finish."

Graceless breaker-upper and truth-stretcher Underwood, who's up for Female Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year for her Carnival Ride disc, added, "I am so excited to host a show I grew up watching, and am so thrilled to spend this night with friends and Brad...It's going to be a party!"

The party might be livelier than expected, if a certain country-music songbird makes an appearance. Could this be the first year that Best Catfight is added to the CMAs' list of categories?
