Catherine Hardwicke Confirms Robsten?
Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke may have been unceremoniously bounced from the vampire-movie series, but she’s still contributing quite nicely to the Twilight gossip mill.
In a recent interview with Time magazine, the helmswoman seems to have revealed that co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are, in fact, an item:
“After I cast him, I told ‘Rob, don’t even think about having a romance with her. She’s under 18. You will be arrested.”
(Um, did she just suggest that R-Pattz likes ‘em a little too young?)
While Hardwicke can’t say with absolute certainty, she does go on to imply that, once legal technicalities like age-of-consent laws were no longer an issue, the two brought their relationship into an other-than-professional direction:
“I didn’t have a camera in the hotel room. I cannot say,” Hardwicke says. “But in terms of what Kristen told me directly, it didn’t happen on the first movie. Nothing crossed the line while on the first film. I think it took a long time for Kristen to realize, ‘O.K., I’ve got to give this a go and really try to be with this person.’”

If this is true I don’t think she is the best person to confirm that first a director is a person an actor trust and it will be so wrong for her to talk about something so private and is no her business like is no ours nobody will trust her if she talk about their personal life like that.

I didn’t think it’s true at first, but then I went to the Times magazine site&yes, it’s 100% legit! She totally outed them on freaking Time magazine! I love R/K, absolutely believe they’re together, but it was none of Cougar Cathy’s business to out them! And the worst: she sold to MTV their audition tape! What a b-tch! She’d just do anything to be on the spotlight!

It couldn’t be more obvious that they’re seeing each other, (why people are still doubtful is beyond me,) but CH is WAY out of line for revealing this stuff. KStew just said she won’t talk about her private life, so it’s not for CH to gossip about.

That’s weird she told him to stay away because of her age cuz wasn’t Kristen Stewart’s last boyfriend (the kid that played Jack’s son on Will and Grace) like 21? So that makes no sense… am I right? The only people that know whats going on is those two…
the only thing CH can brag about is, casting these two togather. i bet she doesn’t like the fact that chris weitz is getting all these praises before new moon is even released. she wants to stay in the pic using these two. twilight sucked because of this lady, she calls herself a director when she can’t even make a decent movie!!

Everyone knows they are dating and they make such an awesome couple, but it’s not Catherine’s place to out them. In fact, if I were Kristen I would be very angry at her. Some things should just stay private. The movie that’s coming out is what’s important. I hope Kristen cherishes her relationship with Rob and keeps it private. On another note, she has been doing great in her recent interviews. So poised. Kstew rocks!

chill out guys… She made an awesome movie, i think Twilight was much better than New Moon. She was a lady who understood the story well and depicted it well. These movies have to be directed by a woman.It definitely shows that New Moon was directed by a guy… There were some awesome shots however,some scenes were so stupid.Remember when Edward”and Bella running next to each other in white clothes…Everyone laughed at the cinema..It was so lame and funny… In Twilight also Edward was much more charismatic and this movie doesn’t reflect it at all.. Also, she supported the actors very much and believed in Rob when no one else did ( when actually everybody hated him and 75.000 people signed a petition against him).She had balls to believe and trust in his acting skills even when the studio thought he was ugly for the part. Plus, she is the one who loved Rob’s songs and put them in the soundtrack, we wouldn’t have heard his voice if it wasn’t for CH. She is a great person , a great director she was probably a hard worker and a strict director as well and maybe that bored the actors… I don’t think she wants to make publicty now, she seems good hearted who wants Rob and Kris together…
