Kristin Chenoweth was born July 24, 1968, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She is a singer, actress and Broadway star who originated the role of Glinda in Wicked. Kristin was adopted at birth and began singing at a very early age. She starred in a number of Broadway shows, and in 2003 began appearing in the popular Broadway show Wicked. Other shows she appeared in include You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown and Promises, Promises. She starred in the short-lived television show Pushing Daisies in 2007 and won an Emmy for her work. She also guest-starred on many episodes of the show Glee and appeared in the films Four Christmases and You Again. She previously dated writer Aaron Sorkin.
