Abigail Breslin was born on April 14, 1998, in New York, New York. She is an actress and the fifth-youngest actress to be nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress (for her performance in the film Little Miss Sunshine). Abigail has appeared in many other films, including Signs, Nim’s Island, My Sister’s Keeper, Zombieland, Definitely, Maybe and Kit Kittredge: An American Girl. She co-starred with older brother Spencer in Raising Helen. In March 2010, she began starring as Helen Keller in the Broadway show The Miracle Worker.
