Amanda Peet

Amanda Peet was born January 11, 1972, in New York, New York. She is an actress who is best known for her roles in films like The Whole Nine Yards, Something's Gotta Give and 2012. Her career began when she appeared in the television series Law & Order; she subsequently landed a starring role on the WB series Jack & Jill. She also appeared in the films Saving Silverman and Changing Lanes. On September 30, 2006, she married screenwriter David Benioff. They have two daughters together.
