Ananda Lewis was born March 21, 1973, in San Diego, California. She is a television personality who is best known for being an MTV veejay from the late 1990s until 2001, and for hosting her own talk show, The Ananda Lewis Show, which premiered on September 10, 2001, but was cancelled a year later.
