Ashley Tisdale

Ashley Tisdale was born July 2, 1985, in West Deal, New Jersey. Tisdale is an actress who is best known for playing Sharpay Evans in the Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical and its two sequels, for which she won the 2009 MTV Movie Award for Breakthrough Performance Female. Earlier in her career, she appeared in series like 7th Heaven, The Amanda Show, Boston Public, Once and Again, Charmed, Grounded for Life, George Lopez and Still Standing. Then, in 2005, she got her big break starring as Maddie Fitzpatrick in the Disney Channel show The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. She remained on the show until 2008. In 2007, she became the voice of Candace Flynn on Phineas and Ferb. After her success in High School Musical, Tisdale transitioned into a solo music career, releasing her debut album, Headstrong, in 2007, and her second album, Guilty Pleasure, in 2009. Since 2010, she has starred as Savannah Monroe in the new CW series Hellcats.
