Claire Danes

Claire Danes was born April 12, 1979, in New York, New York. She is an actress who is best known for starring as Angela Chase in the beloved but short-lived 1994 TV series My So-Called Life. Since then, she has starred in films including Little Women, Igby Goes Down, Romeo + Juliet, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, The Family Stone, Home for the Holidays, It's All About Love and Shopgirl. Her work has earned her an Emmy, a Golden Globe and an MTV Movie Award, among others. In September 2009, she married actor Hugh Dancy.
