Drake Bell was born Jared Drake Bell on June 27, 1986, in Santa Ana, California. The actor, comedian and musician is best known for starring in the show Drake & Josh from 2004 to 2007. He is one of Nickelodeon’s most popular actors, and as of 2010, he has won three Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards and a Teen Choice Award. In 2005, he released an album, Telegraph; he then signed with Motown and released his second album, It’s Only Time, a year later. On December 29, 2005, Drake was in a car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway. A truck ran a red light and hit Drake and his friend head-on. Drake’s injuries included a fractured neck, broken jaw, 10 missing teeth and several cuts to his face.
