Jim Carrey

Jim Carrey was born January 17, 1962, in Ontario, Canada. He is a well-known comedian and Golden Globe-nominated actor. Jim grew up in Canada and moved to Los Angeles in 1981, where he was discovered at The Comedy Store by Rodney Dangerfield. He then started acting on the sketch-comedy show In Living Color. After that, his movie career blossomed, and he appeared in hit films such as Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, The Mask and Dumb and Dumber. Although he has experienced much success as comedic actor, he has appeared in many popular dramatic films as well, including Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Man on the Moon. Jim was married to and had a daughter with Melissa Womer. Since then, he has been married to actress Lauren Holly and had a long-term relationship with Jenny McCarthy, which ended in 2010.
