Not your ‘traditional’ movie star, Jonah Hill has gone from on-screen dweeb to 'superbad' superstar. Jonah, born Jonah Hill Feldstein in Los Angeles on December 20, 1983, developed his love for writing and performing while still on the bottle. While attending school at New York’s New School University, Jonah wrote and performed his own plays in an East Village bar. He became friends with Rebecca and Jake Hoffman, and their father, Dustin Hoffman, encouraged Jonah to audition for I Heart Huckabees, the kid's first on-screen appearance. Jonah went on to play nerdy characters in The 40 Year Old Virgin, Accepted and Grandma’s Boy, but came into his own as Michael Cera's best bud in Judd Apatow’s hilarious Superbad. Since geek is the new chic, expect to see more of Jonah in the future - Judd is sure keeping him busy.
