Kelsey Grammer


Kelsey Grammer was born February 21, 1955, in Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands. He is an actor who is best known for playing the titular character on the hit sitcom Frasier, which aired for eleven years. He is also the father of actress Spencer Grammer. Kelsey began his acting career by appearing in a number of stage productions. His best-known role was playing Dr. Frasier Crane on both Cheers and its spinoff, Frasier. He won five Emmys for the role, and at one point was the highest paid actor on television. He also voiced a character in Toy Story 2 and was featured in X-Men: The Last Stand. Kelsey has been married three times, and recently filed for divorce from his third wife, Camille Grammer. They had two children together; Kelsey’s daughter Spencer is from his first marriage.
