Kim Kardashian was born in Los Angeles, California, on October 21, 1980. Her father is the late Robert Kardashian, who was one of O.J. Simpson's many defense attorneys during his 1995 murder trial. Kim grew up in Beverly Hills, California, and attended an exclusive all-girls Catholic high school. Her first job was working for her father’s music marketing firm, Movie Tunes. Not just a pretty face, Kim went on to become an in-demand wardrobe stylist for television programs, photo layouts and infomercials. The large-bottomed beauty infiltrated the Hollywood gossip circles through her friendship with fellow socialite Paris Hilton. Just like Paris, Kim’s popularity soared with the release of a sex tape, Kim Kardashian Superstar, featuring her bedroom exploits with rapper Ray J, the brother of R&B singer Brandy.
