Kirk Cameron

Kirk Cameron was born October 12, 1970, in Panorama City, California. He is best known for his role as Mike Seaver on the hit show Growing Pains. He is also the brother of actress Candace Cameron Bure. Kirk’s acting career began when he appeared in a cereal commercial, but Growing Pains was his first success, and he quickly became a teenage heartthrob. The show ended in 1992, but Kirk starred in two different Growing Pains movies, one in 2000 and another in 2004. Around the time the show ended, Kirk became a born-again Christian. His most notable film role since was in the recent movie Fireproof. Kirk married his Growing Pains costar, Chelsea Noble, in 1991, and they have six children.
