Leona Lewis


Leona Lewis was born April 3, 1985, in London, England. She is a singer who became well known after winning the third season of the reality competition show The X Factor in 2006. Leona’s music became popular in the U.S. after she released the single “Bleeding Love” in 2007. Other popular songs of hers include “Happy” and “Better in Time.” She has also released albums such as Spirit and Echo, which have both sold millions of copies. Leona is a longtime vegetarian and animal-rights activist and was voted PETA’s sexiest vegetarian in 2008.
