In 2005, she starred in both Michael Bay’s science-fiction film The Island and the Woody Allen film Match Point. In the next five years, she starred in nine films. Her most recent work, Iron Man 2, earned her a nomination for the Teen Choice Award for Choice Movie Actress and Female Hottie. Her next film, The Avengers, is set to release in 2012. Scarlett has been nominated for multiple Golden Globes for her many performances and has won three in her career. She has also performed many songs for her movies. In 2008, she released her debut album, Anywhere I Lay My Head. The album received mixed reviews, but was named the 23rd best album of 2008 by NME. The voluptuous actress married Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds in 2008, after dating him for a year.
