Sophie Monk

Sophie Monk was born December 14, 1979, in Queensland, Australia. The pop singer, actress and model is best known for being a member of the female pop group Bardot and for being engaged to punk/rock musician Benji Madden from the band Good Charlotte. Sophie joined Bardot in 1999. The group had success with its hits “Poison,” “I Should’ve Never Let You Go” and “I Need Somebody.” After the group split up in 2002, Sophie appeared in the 2006 film Date Movie.
