Usher

Usher Raymond came howling into this world, perfectly on key, on October 14, 1978, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and is perhaps his generation's most inspirational R&B/rap singer. Using only a single name, Usher has sold approximately 30 million albums worldwide, and won a juggler's bounty of Grammy Awards, most notably 'Best Contemporary Use of Awesome Abs in Video or CD Cover.' Usher has been unable to completely dodge controversy; the cancellation of his wedding to Tameka Foster six days before the scheduled ceremony drew screeches of protest. However, he blamed his mom for that decision, and he and Tameka finally married on August 3, 2007. Their son, Usher, was born on November 26, 2007.
