Despite a statue sweep by a certain British actress, fashion has made winners out of several leading ladies tonight.

The Red Carpet is no game. Celebuzz has its picks for Most Valuable Players:

  • Eva Longoria Parker: For an actress whose hit show Desperate Housewives wasn't even nominated, allow us to go Zoe—Eva shut it down. This ripe red Reem Acra gown owned the Globes.
  • Beyonce Knowles: We doubt Elie Saab knew just how va-va-voom this creation would appear, curves on curves, dazzle on dazzle, as Mrs. Jay-Z strutted at the Beverly Hilton. Bonus Points to Lorraine Schwartz for topping it off with the perfect jewels. 
  • Kate Winslet: Two awards? Congrats. Your stunning black column dress bears repeating as well.
  • January Jones: Mad Men swept Best TV Drama, but this baby blue dream of a dress swept the fashionista in all of us.
