Chace Crawford Is No Longer Banging
Chace Crawford does indeed have a forehead.
The 23-year-old Gossip Girl star turned up for a special screening of the Sean Penn-James Franco flick Milk at Landmark Sunshine Theater in New York on Tuesday with a new coif. The style adjustment abandons Chace’s trademark mussy bangs for a more orderly—and dare it be said—mature look.
Fans received an inkling that Chace’s shagging days were numbered when he rocked a pompadour in last month’s issue of VMan magazine. Now, it appears, the switchover is official.
As a big-time film actor, Chace may be trying to project a more dignified image. Or perhaps the conservative new ‘do is a blatant attempt to attract a certain recent GOP vice presidential candidate.
Either way, the look seems to suit the Lubbock, Texas, native. Good thing, too; not all celebrities are so lucky when they decide to experiment with their tresses.
