Charlie Sheen Takes Bride Number Three
It was a simple affair, quite unlike their storied courtship. Really, really lucky Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen married his real-estate investor girlfriend, Brooke Mueller, at a gated Beverly Hills estate May 30.
About 60 people were in attendance, including father of the groom Martin Sheen and mom Janet, and actor buds Rebecca Gayheart and McSteamy Eric Dane. Gayheart threw the 2006 party where Sheen first laid eyes on Mueller.
Two likely centerpieces were flower girls Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, Sheen's kids with all too Complicated Denise Richards, who begrudgingly gets a point for setting aside the crazy for the good of the kids. We know it'll bubble back, but for one Friday night, there was no talk of venomous emails, cancerous mothers or sad, jobless pigs.
Mueller wore a simple ivory Reem Acra gown, and guests were dressed in business attire. "Brooke really wanted to walk down the aisle in a big way," a source tells People, "but Charlie insisted they keep it simple and small."
Wedding gifts were eschewed in favor of donations to two of the couple's favorite charities. Also pooh-pooed was talk of a bun in the oven, as rumors had been swirling that Brooke was already pregnant with Charlie's fourth divorce-settlement bargaining chip kid.
In addition to his preschool-age two, he has a 23-year-old. "They've been busy working on having a baby," the New York Daily News reported. "It'd be great if they had a son, because Charlie already has three daughters."
So, if one of those "tranny-infested sperm" has already done the deed, mazel tov. Way to deflect the attention, Charlie.
