Cheech Marin, one half of stoner-comedy duo Cheech and Chong, married his girlfriend, Russian-born classical pianist Natasha Rubin, in a beachside ceremony at the couple's Mailbu home over the weekend, People magazine reports.
The couple, who got engaged in February, had been dating for 4 1/2 years.
The wedding's 75 guests included Marin's former Nash Bridges co-star Don Johnson, director Robert Rodriguez, comedian Carlos Mencia and news personality Geraldo Rivera. The ceremony was officiated by Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa.
While Rubin walked down the aisle while "Here Comes the Bride" played, Marin went a less traditional route, making his way down the aisle to the strains of "Earache My Eye," which appeared on 1974's Cheech and Chong's Wedding Album and was immortalized in the film Cheech and Chong's Up in Smoke:
Wow, bet the reception was a real blast. Congratulations to the happy couple!
